徐海论，
原陕西电视台《英语新闻》创办人。
深圳电视台《英语新闻》和《英语5分钟》节目创办人和主持人。
1999年，出版第一本英语口语书《海论英语5分钟》。
2001年，出版英语口语书《海论的发现-5分钟快餐英语》（CD版）。
2003年4月，推出《海论英语快餐》VCD版和电视版。
2004年5月，海论被聘请为深圳市“百万市民讲英语”专家组成员。
2004年6月，推出《“傻瓜”国际音标》VCD版、CD版、磁带版和电视版。
2005年1月，推出《少儿国际音标》VCD版和电视版。
